As a follow up to our COVID-19 crisis update earlier in the week, we at Viking Pavers would like our customers to know that we will be maintaining our regular customer service hours and communication channels, and will be responding to all messages that we receive about current or future work.
However, as our suppliers are as constrained by this crisis as we all are, we are only completing work on current driveway, walkway, patio and retaining wall projects for which we have paver supplies on hand. We are not starting any new work at this time, nor conducting in-home consultations until after the current shelter-in-place period ends.
Call on us as you would normally. We look forward to working with you as we work through this crisis together.
