I could not be happier with Viking Pavers, from the initial visit for designing , with Sophie , through the process, and completed product, I was thrilled. they were also the best price of three quotes and we’re very receptive when I wanted changes during the process. They are very responsive, professional, skilled, and a delight to work with. Sophie is an artist, her vision and design talent and her interpersonal style, communication skills are top notch! Gustavo, the project manager, was always quickly available to me by text or phone, very involved with the process, came twice a day to check progress, quality, and address any questions. The employees were always polite, respectful of my property, skilled and efficient. They took great pride in the work, and fixed even tiny imperfections before they “signed off”.

We got three bids for putting pavers in place of our pebbled concrete sidewalk. Viking was the lowest in price, but we also felt comfortable with Karen Skinner, the project manager.
We had some time constraints and Viking worked around those. Gustavo and his crew did a beautiful job, just as we wanted. They added a curved edge to part of the sidewalk, filled in the walkway to our front patio, and redid our front stairs with a beautiful bullnose step. In addition, they added 6″ of width to the sidewalk.
Karen was in contact with us throughout the project, responding if we had any questions. Crew members were polite and worked hard. We are very happy with the outcome and recommend Viking Pavers/Karen Skinner highly.

Viking Pavers just completed a job replacing our old driveway with pavers. We are very pleased with the final results as well as with the whole process of working with Sophie, the project manager and the crew members, Mario and Mauricio. Sophie was very detailed oriented and guided us with patience and good professional advice about our options for choosing the right pavers that would suit our home. She responded very promptly to any questions or concerns that we had before proceeding with our project and continued to guide us as needed as the project progressed. The two-man crew, Mario and Mauricio, were also excellent. They were very hard-working, as well as precise skilled craftsmen. In fact, they finished the job ahead of the estimated time needed to complete our project. We can highly recommend Viking Pavers as an excellent company for construction projects involving pavers.

We wanted to replace our cracked driveway and walkway on the side of the house so we contacted Viking Pavers along with another Bay Area paver company. We received quotes and met with both reps to discuss our project. Patrick with Viking was knowledgeable, flexible and easy to work with. Viking Paver’s quote came in below the other company which was a plus but that wasn’t the determining factor. We just felt more comfortable because our project was very clearly explained to us.
We’ve been very happy with our driveway and walkway ever since. We had to ask for a repair on one of the steps and the work was done seamlessly without delay. I think that was very impressive too.
